Ryan, Karl and Johnny were responsive and efficient in removing what was effectively a swimming pool in a basement. They remained positive, pleasant and reassuring in what was otherwise a stressful situation. Also impressively knowledgeable about mold. Very grateful for their services and would recommend this crew to anyone facing a flood.

Just before Christmas water was leaking in the stove vent and under the floorboards. Mike came out and did a thorough inspection and found a mold. He took the time to explain the mold remediation process and helped to alleviate our concerns. His team was very knowledgeable and efficient, taping off a containment area and using an air scrubber to make sure there were no mold spores spread to the rest of the house.
On another project in the primary bath our contractor found a wall stud with possible mold. Mike was able to come out the next day and assured us that there was no water issue but that the wood was probably brought in that way when the house was built. He quickly remediated the stud and kept our project on schedule.
We recommend Mike and the All Pro Restoration team without any hesitation for their effective and efficient top quality work.

I can’t say enough good things about this company! We had a water heater leak and the next day their team was at our door. They worked quickly and efficiently, making sure everything was taken care of before it could turn into a bigger problem. This past large storm brought leaks and water damage to my home from ice dams. Ryan and Karl responded fast and were onsite to start the remediation process quickly. They made sure to address the problem thoroughly and professionally. Ryan answered any questions or concerns I had with patience making sure I understood the process and the reason why it was being done.

Needless to say it has been a stressful time, but Ryan and team gave me piece of mind that the water damage is addressed the right way.

I cannot put into words how thankful I am for all the help I received from Ryan and his team. I’ve had issues with flooding in my basement for years and never realized how quickly mold can grow if it’s not dried out properly. My entire basement was covered in so much mold and they just continued to uncover more. I was astonished at the amount I had in my house all this time and had no idea it existed. Thank you so much Ryan for restoring my home and making it safe again. Truly an amazing owner and joy to work with. He really cared about the wellbeing of my family and in a situation like this I really needed someone to trust and that was him!
