I used All Pro Restoration the day after New Years. We had a large rain storm which caused my entire basement to fill with water 2 feet high. They were on time and very respectful. I was going to go through my insurance company but they advised against it because it was going to be under my deductible. I am happy they told me this otherwise I would have an unnecessary insurance claim on our account. Ryan and Mike were great to work with.

Had our upstairs toilet overflow at about 5am, called All Pro Restoration and spoke to Ryan, who is one of the owners. He told me they could be out within the hour. Him and his team arrived around 5:30am, which was faster than expected and I really appreciated that. They immediately got to work and Ryan was very thorough with explaining the whole process as well as my options regarding getting my insurance involved. They did an amazing job and very impressed. I also appreciated being able to deal with one of the owners directly and not one of those larger corporations that you get passed around. Highly recommend!

All Pro arrived at my house the day I called them about a burst pipe in my attic. The team extracted all the water and put down nice modern drying equipment. What is the process when you work with a customer, from start to finish?

This is a brief description – each service is slightly different.

Step1: Emergency Contact
Step 2: Inspection of extent of damage
Step 3: Removal of Water – If water is present.
Step 4: Containment to prevent further damage.
Step 4: Removal of Damaged material – Burnt or molded.
Step 5: Dry out structure.
Step 6: cleaning of Smoke/ Soot or mold from All Surfaces
